From Shell to Shipment
7 Steps. Zero Compromises.
A transparent, end-to-end production process designed for maximum quality and global export standards.
Shell Sourcing
We collect mature coconut shells from partner farmers across Java, Sumatra, and Sulawesi. Only high-density, dry shells are accepted.
Carbonization
Shells are processed in oxygen-limited kilns (pyrolysis) at controlled temperatures to maximize fixed carbon content and eliminate volatile matter.
Crushing & Sieving
Charcoal is crushed to fine powder and passed through sieves for uniform particle size — ensuring consistent density in final briquettes.
Mixing & Binding
Powder is blended with a food-grade tapioca binder. No chemical additives, no accelerants — just natural starch.
Molding & Pressing
The mixture is pressed under high mechanical force into precise shapes: cubes, hexagons, and fingers depending on order specifications.
Oven Drying
Briquettes are dried for 24–48 hours in industrial ovens to reduce moisture below 5%, improving ignition and shelf life.
QC & Packaging
Each batch is tested for burn time, ash color, drop resistance, and moisture before being sealed in moisture-proof export boxes.
