What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard export MOQ is 1 Full Container Load (FCL) 20ft (approx. 17-18 Metric Tons depending on packaging type).
Can we request customized briquette shapes/sizes?
Yes! We support custom dimensions (e.g. 27mm cubes or custom hexagonal length) subject to initial tooling and minimal production runs.
Do you provide free samples?
We offer free product samples (up to 2 kg) for quality evaluation. Shipping & courier costs are paid by the buyer.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
We work primarily with T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Shipping is handled on FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) basis.
